Educational Qualification
- State Program Manager: Post Graduation in Business Administration.
- District Program Manager: PG in Rural Dev, Management, Social Work, Sociology, or Agri-Management.
- District Functional Manager: Graduation or MBA.
- Block Program Manager: Post Graduation.
- Accountant: Graduation in Commerce + 2 Years Experience.
- MIS / DEO / Coordinator: Graduation in CS (B.Sc IT, BCA, B.Tech) + 3 Years Experience.
- DEO MIS Coordinator: Graduation in CS (B.Sc IT, BCA, B.Tech) + Typing Proficiency.
- Cluster Coordinator: Graduation (Any) + 12th with Community Cadre experience OR Graduation in Rural Development.
