Eligibility Criteria for Railway RRB Group D
Age Limit (As on 01/01/2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 33 Years
- Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC as per Railway rules.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfil ONE of the following:
- Class 10th (Matriculation) Pass from a recognized Board.
- OR
- ITI Certificate in relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT.

Selection Process
The selection procedure consists of four stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective type online exam.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
- Male: Lift 35kg for 100m (2 min) & Run 1000m (4 min 15 sec).
- Female: Lift 20kg for 100m (2 min) & Run 1000m (5 min 40 sec).
- Document Verification (DV): Checking original certificates.
- Medical Examination: Final medical fitness test.

- Click on “Apply” and create a new account (if not registered).
- Login and select CEN No. 09/2025 (Level-1).
- Fill in the application form with personal and educational details.
- Upload scanned Photograph and Signature.
- Pay the application fee (₹500 or ₹250) via Online Mode.
- Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.
